Substitutions with employees from your organisation are welcome at any time if received in writing 72 hours prior to the originally scheduled conference start date. However in all other respects delegate registrations are issued for your personal use only and cannot be shared with any other person during the Event. You may not purchase registrations as agent for any third party, sell or otherwise transfer your registration to others, or exploit the registration commercially or non-commercially in any way.

Investors can benefit from a discounted Investor Pass priced at €1,450, reduced from the final delegate rate of €2,450.

To qualify, you must meet the criteria set out below:

• You must be either an individual or an employee of an investment firm such as a private equity fund, institutional investor, family office, real estate investment firm, sovereign wealth fund or similar financial institution.
• Your organisation must actively deploy or allocate equity capital into hospitality businesses and/or hospitality real estate.
• Investment activity must be the primary function of your role and organisation, including acquisitions, equity investment, or portfolio management of hospitality assets.
• Your company must not primarily be an operator, hotel brand, advisory firm, consultancy, or service provider, even if it occasionally co-invests in projects.

We offer an Under-30s Pass at a reduced rate of €1,050, compared to the final delegate rate of €2,450.

Professionals must be 30 years of age or younger on 16 November 2026. You will also be asked for a copy of your ID on arrival at the event.
