Celebrating 10 years of shaping leisure hospitality
Last year marked a decade since the first R&R Forum. What began as an intimate gathering had grown into the global home of leisure hospitality investment, bringing 450+ senior leaders together to shape the future of resorts, residences, and destinations.
That edition was our most dynamic yet – with interactive sessions, curated networking, and a spotlight on the opportunities redefining leisure hospitality. On 11 November 2025, we celebrated the R&R 10-Year Anniversary Party – Sponsored by Enterprise Greece: an unforgettable evening of celebration and connection.
Thank you to everyone who was part of the celebration, present in the conversation, and helped shape the future of leisure hospitality.

Voices of R&R: Reflections & Predictions

"I’ve been attending the R&R Forum over the years because it convenes a well-curated group of industry leaders, fostering meaningful dialogue around emerging trends, strategic opportunities, and collaborative innovation. "

"The biggest change in leisure hospitality investment over the past decade is the shift from traditional asset-heavy models to flexible, experience-driven and hybrid strategies. The rise of experiential offerings has been phenomenal, and COVID further pushed our industry toward resilience, flexibility, accelerated tech transformation, and mixed-use and branded residences."

"The next decade will be defined by purpose-driven, immersive travel. Guests will seek experiences that reflect their values, wellbeing, and community. Sustainability, technology, and flexibility will be central, and the most successful destinations will adapt, innovate, and create long-term value for investors and guests alike."

"Ten years is a long time in this industry - so much has changed, yet so much remains the same. Our original vision has proven right: R&R has built a focused, creative platform connecting capital markets’ growing interest in leisure travel with evolving market demands that put resort-based and serviced residences in the mainstream. Branding has been tested, and we’re now entering the era of Branded Residences 2.0. I’m looking forward to celebrating R&R’s tenth birthday."
