Greece Tops Europe for Hotel Investment, Surveys Find

Greece has been named Europe's top destination for institutional hotel investment, ahead of Italy, Spain and France, according to a new survey from Questex and Hospitality Investor, published 30 June 2026. The findings highlight strong international investor appetite for both luxury and branded hotel assets across the country, with capital increasingly targeting Crete and other islands alongside mainland cities.
