Samantha Mardkhah

Bio:

Samantha is the Regional Director for Southwest Europe and the Maghreb at STR, a CoStar Group company. She brings more than 16 years of experience across the hospitality, real estate, and data analytics sectors to her role. Since joining STR in 2018, Samantha has leveraged her background in business development, previously holding commercial positions at leading bed-banks Tourico Holidays and GTA—both now part of HBX Group. Today, Samantha and her team are responsible for expanding STR’s presence across the region while demonstrating the strategic value of the platform to local hospitality investors, owners, and operators. She is a regular speaker at industry events and is strongly committed to advancing the adoption of benchmarking and data driven decision making among stakeholders throughout her extensive territory. Samantha holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and is fluent in five languages.
