Rosanna Covacich is the founder of The Place Atelier, advising owners, founders and investors on hospitality and destination propositions before major capital and design commitments. She brings a cultural feasibility perspective to development decisions, examining how location, audience and identity can create differentiation and enduring reasons to visit, stay or belong. Her experience spans resort hospitality, tourism destinations, mixed-use development and membership, including founder-side work for Scorpios Bodrum, destination positioning for Snæfellsnes in Iceland, a Pernod Ricard brand home and a private members’ club in Dubai.
