Ioannis is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in investment management and capital markets with a strong track record of delivering high-yield returns and innovative solutions for his clients and partners in portfolio transactions and value add projects.
Ioannis works with investors, financiers and hoteliers to originate, underwrite and strategically support real estate deals and CapEx intensive investments. He also leverages his expertise in ESG strategies to help clients create sustainable value in property portfolios. In the hospitality sector, he currently focuses on value add and (re)development opportunities in SE Europe.
Ioannis is passionate about driving and delivering impactful investments in the real estate sector and contributing to the socioeconomic growth and sustainable development of SE Europe’s built environment.
