Ina Plunien

Bio:

Ina is a Senior Vice President in Cain’s European investment team focusing on Living & Hospitality. She leads Cain’s European hospitality investment origination, underwriting and execution. Ina has specialised in the hospitality sector throughout her career and was awarded the prestigious Young Leader of the Year at the International Hospitality Investment Forum 2026.

Previously, Ina spent seven years at Cedar Capital Partners, a specialist real estate investor focused on the luxury and lifestyle hospitality sectors in Europe and the United States, having acquired more than $4 billion of assets. Prior to that, she worked at Eastdil Secured in its hospitality team executing more than $2 billion of transactions, as well as at Ernst & Young in its hospitality real estate advisory team.

Ina graduated from Hotelschool The Hague with a BBA in Hotel Management. She speaks fluent German and French as well as conversational Dutch, Italian and Luxembourgish
