Bio:
Helena is currently Regional Vice President of Development for HIC in EAME. Before joining Hyatt, she asset managed the hotel portfolio at Aliseda Inmobiliaria (owned by Blackstone and Banco Santander) and was Executive Director and Co-Head of Transaction Real Estate at EY. She also led the hotel departments at JLL and Knight Frank, in the latter she was also Head of Valuations.
Through her various roles throughout her career, she has become a recognized expert with broad and in-depth knowledge of the hotel and tourism sector.
She is President of the association Mujeres in Hospitality, a professor at the renowned IE Business School and the IE School of Architecture and Design, she holds a PDP certification in Real Estate from Cornell University and is frequently invited as a moderator and panelist at conferences and other events.
She has studied and worked in the United Kingdom, US, France, Sweden, and Spain.
