Gianluca Piras is a Sardinian entrepreneur and real estate developer, owner and project manager of Borgo Harenae, a landmark luxury resort and branded residence project on the Costa Smeralda. He holds a Degree in Global Business from Regent’s College, London and brings extensive experience from Hotel Baja in Cannigione, where he served as both Project Manager and later Facility & Asset Manager.

At Borgo Harenae, he oversees strategic planning, design, sustainability, and investor relations, integrating ESG principles through eco-conscious materials, energy-efficient systems, and partnerships with local producers. The resort is projected to generate €11M in annual revenues with a €4M GOP (~36% margin), aligning with top-tier Mediterranean benchmarks.
