Andreas Koukas

Bio:

Andreas Koukas has been with Hilton for over 18 years, building a distinguished international career across regional commercial functions, including revenue management, marketing, and e-commerce. Having spent the majority of his career abroad, he has developed deep expertise within one of the world’s leading hospitality groups. In 2022, he returned to Athens to assume the role of Director of Development for Hilton in Greece and Cyprus, contributing during a period of strong and strategic expansion for the company in the region. He currently serves as Senior Director of Development, Greece & Cyprus, leading pipeline growth and development initiatives across key markets. He holds an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, providing a strong academic foundation to his commercial and development expertise.
