W ALGARVE SITE VISIT DISCLAIMER

I assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my participation in the site visit and tour of W Algarve Hotel & Residences as part of the Resort & Residential Hospitality Forum (R&R) 2021 taking place on 25th October 2021. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless W Algarve, Marriott Hotels or Questex LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. 

  
I attest that: 

• I participate in the site visit at tour at my own risk and W Algarve, Marriott Hotels or Questex LLC are not liable or responsible for any injuries/accidents which may occur 

• I will adhere to any COVID safety measures and protocols outlined to be as part of the site visit and tour 

• I agree to wear a hard hat and vest during the tour as supplied by W Algarve 

• I will provide and wear a face mask during the site visit and tour 

• I am aware that boots or strong shoes are highly recommended to be worn to diminish the risk of injury 

• I will not share or divulge confidential information gathered during the tour and/or presentation
